Moran's Federal Incentive Legislation The Coalition for American Production (CAP) applauds Representative Nathaniel Moran for his leadership in drafting federal tax incentive legislation to support the U.S. film and television industry, as detailed in today's Variety report. For too long, American production infrastructure and the localized workforce that sustains it have suffered as international subsidies siphon projects overseas. Representative Moran's forthcoming bill in the House Ways & Means Committee represents a critical turning point. It provides a tangible, bipartisan pathway to repatriating billions of dollars in economic development, protecting countless small businesses, and keeping American crews working on American soil. This legislative milestone arrives at a moment of unprecedented momentum. With the President recently signaling public support for a federal film incentive, and the unified efforts of the newly formed USA Film & TV Production Coalition alongside our partners at the MPA, our industry is speaking with one definitive voice. Momentum, however, must be met with action. On Wednesday, September 16, CAP will be on Capitol Hill alongside our coalition partners to meet directly with lawmakers and ensure this legislation becomes a reality. We had a busy month between a Music video, a Commercial, a couple of races out of state and the build of the Onslaught MONSTER TRUCK matching the clients artwork. We designed and created the big stacks and put them on, the skulls, Custom fog lights with their logo on the covers, We made a custom cleaver to put on the roof !! also Custom wheel centers and then we took it down to One11Ink . for them to do their magic while also wrapping the truck for the commercial. We got everything done to take down to comic con for the pull up and drop off. Permits changed so we adapted and ended up at a Airport hanger for interviews, pictures and a Photo Shoot and then some driving lessons for the Talent and Director. We were asked to hold the truck for a few weeks so we could bring it down to the premier which was everything the client wanted and expected this was a successful project working with the team at A24 and the crew at One11ink also American Fab for doing all the laser work and powder coating.
