Program Agenda for NAB Show Global Innovation Exchange | Shanghai
By: Ann Marie Cumming | December 2, 2015
WASHINGTON, D.C.- The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) released the complete program agenda for the first-ever NAB Show Global Innovation Exchange | Shanghai, December 3-4, 2015 at the Shangri-la Kerry Hotel, Pudong, Shanghai, China. Produced in partnership with the Chinese National Base for International Cultural Trade-International High Tech Cultural Device Cluster (TCDIC), the conference will include presentations focused on the rapidly expanding Chinese market, new-to-market product demonstrations and targeted networking opportunities for industry professionals from around the globe.
"As increased globalization and advancements in technology continue to make our world smaller, it is vital for broadcast professionals to take a more international approach to business," said NAB Executive Vice President, Conventions and Business Operations, Chris Brown. "Attendees will not only gain understanding of how to manage business ventures and relationships in China, but also more globally."
The track for day one of the program is titled "How Broadcasting Leads and Drives Internet Innovation." Day two will focus on "How the Internet Drives Innovation Development in the Broadcast Industry." Specific session topics include cinematic technology, social media platforms, post-production, broadcast IT, acquisition/production, next generation cinema technologies, and end-user display technologies.
Sponsoring organizations include the Advanced Imaging Society (AIS) and the International Association of Broadcast Manufacturers (IABM).
