About Remmet Studios

With four sound stages and 20,000 square feet, Remmet Studios specializes in a wide array of authentic and ever changing "standing sets" and "set kits" perfect for principle shooting as well as b-roll and pick-ups. To give your set its own look, Remmet Studios features a 3000+ sq. ft. prop warehouse. We offer a large selection of furnishings in all major categories including office, home, institutional, and commercial.

Remmet Studios also provides raw studio space perfectly suited for the assembly and setup of custom sets and/or stages. If you like, we can also provide in-house design and build services for all your custom set needs. Site management, garbage, electricity, and water are all included in your studio rental fee.

Facility Upgrades

Across from our existing 40' Green Cove, we are currently finalizing the build-out of our Real-Time Virtual Production LED wall as a companion in Studio-2, which will be ready for production rentals starting February 1, 2021. We will be one of the few full VFX stages to provide virtual production, practical props and set dressing for rent on the West Coast. We understand that physical stage design is as important as Real-Time and VFX production, to truly create an impactful production. This is why we offer all these services under one roof. Virtual Production and Real-Time technology is the future of COVID-Compliant productions - smaller crews, better distancing, and stunning production value for the money. VFX-based shoots are the safest, most reliable, and cost-effective way to produce your next project.

Special Discounts and Credits

To show our support during this challenging time, we are offering a special discount to our current and prospective clients. If you book studio space by December 31st, you will receive 25% off the price of your rental. Studio time must be used by January 31st, 2021.

Additionally, we have changed our previous "no refunds" policy. Our new policy at Remmet Studios is if you book and pay for your studio time, and you're required to cancel due to a COVID-related shutdown, we will credit your payment towards a future studio rental. COVID Compliance

Remmet Studios is open for business under strict COVID compliant protocols. Remmet has always prioritized the safety of our customers, and in these uncertain times, we are going the extra mile.

Following CDC and FilmLA guidelines, we have implemented rigorous internal processes for keeping our employees and clients safe including, providing back-up PPE supplies, conducting temperature checks, practicing social distancing, regular sanitization of each studio and common area, and limiting access to the building to key personnel.

As you know, safety recommendations - including those for our customers and staff - can and will likely change in accordance with the CDC and our state and local recommendations. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee when things will be "back to normal" in any sense.
