ESTA and Earl Girls, Inc. Launch $100,000 TSP Fundraising Challenge

September 30, 2024

ESTA and Earl Girls, Inc. Launch $100,000 TSP Fundraising Challenge
The Entertainment Services and Technology Association (ESTA) and Earl Girls, Inc. invite industry professionals and supporters to take the EGI Challenge and join the Technical Standards Program (TSP) in advancing safety and innovation. With an ambitious fundraising goal of $100,000 by December 31, 2024, the TSP aims to match a generous $50,000 donation from Don Earl and Earl Girls, Inc.

As the only ANSI-accredited standards writing program in the entertainment sector, the TSP plays a crucial role in creating safety and interoperability guidelines for stages, venues, and events worldwide. Donations ensure the continued development of vital protocols for rigging, event safety, electrical power, mental wellness, and more.

"Supporting the TSP is an easy decision," said Don Earl. "Safety in entertainment is so important, and I hope the EGI Challenge will encourage others to make the same choice we did. The money we raise together will continue to empower the work of over 350 volunteer experts dedicated to drafting standards that reflect the latest technologies, save lives, protect equipment, and enhance creativity."

Make a difference and donate by December 31, 2024, to help meet the $100,000 goal. Once you've donated, you'll be added to the prestigious TSP Investors in Innovation list, and you can proudly declare, #WeHelpedTSP.

To donate, visit tsp.esta.org/donate.
