Going Green goes Mainstream at Oscars 2016

Celebrities Wear Eco-friendly Garments and Discuss Climate Change at the Academy Awards Ceremony in Hollywood

Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez wore a dress made from Global Organic Textile-standard "peace silk", which is silk that is harvested only after the silk moth breaks out of its cocoon. The dress was then finished off with low-impact dyes to ensure a
red-carpet-ready appeal.
