With the Sundance Film Festival relocating to Boulder in 2027, new Colorado tax credit incentives, and the expanded permitting infrastructure in Denver, Colorado is on the verge of an exciting growth in film and creative events.

We are actively seeking commercial properties ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 sq ft in Denver, Boulder, and surrounding areas to support this growing need and empower the next wave of cultural and creative innovation. We have a rich history of participating with owners, developers, tenants and brokers in Los Angeles, and are thrilled to be expanding to Colorado.
