HOTEL AND PERMIT REIMBURSEMENTS

Discover unique filming locations while taking advantage of the Palmdale Film Incentive Program (PFIP). Productions filming within City limits can receive up to 100% of their hotel accommodations covered on weekends and up to 50% on weekdays (up to $6,000 per production), or choose to have permit fees fully reimbursed up to $2,000. With 17 participating hotels featuring a variety of amenities, your crew will enjoy comfortable accommodations while capturing Palmdale's distinctive landscape and settings.

The PFIP represents our strategic investment and commitment to attracting film productions to our City. With $150,000 collectively allocated annually for these incentives, Palmdale wants to make your production experience seamless and cost-effective. Productions with valid FilmLA permits can apply for either hotel subsidies or permit fee reimbursements on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts.
