Kevin Hart's Laugh Out Loud, Sundance Institute Partner On Screenwriting Fellowship For Black Women

Lighting director and gaffer David Goodman from Goodman Grip And Light in Los Angeles had a successful collaboration with director Of Photography Ron Mcpherson on a short film shot in Los Angeles for Kevin Hart's LOL and headed to The Sundance Film festival. Ron and David have worked together many times over the last several years and seem to have hit their stride again on this wonderful project.
"Lighting this project with Ron was a lot of fun. My team, including Key Grip Caleb Zook were presented with space and rigging challenges and were able to provide exactly the mood and exposures that worked for camera and creative motivations." said Goodman.
Directed by Meagan Good, this funny and irreverent short film is on path to be a big hit at the festivals.
Goodman also handled the lighting for both other short films as part of this project for LOL Studios.
