Las Vegas, NV (February 2026)
Coffee House Industries partnered with UFC's production team to fabricate a custom Paramount+ LED octagon stage for high-profile UFC fight promotion filming at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Designed as a camera-ready platform for commercial shoots and promotional video content, the stage features internal multi-channel LED lighting, a durable acrylic top surface, and a large Paramount+ logo finish that reads cleanly under studio lighting.
The project highlights Coffee House Industries' ability to deliver precision-built scenic fabrication under tight deadlines while meeting the demanding standards required for professional broadcast production.

A member of UFC's production crew contacted Coffee House Industries directly to develop a fully fabricated octagon-shaped stage that would serve as the centerpiece for promotional filming. The production team needed a platform that looked bold and polished on camera while remaining structurally stable throughout filming.
Coffee House Industries fabricated the stage at its Los Angeles facility, where the in-house carpentry team built the octagon structure and aligned each panel precisely with the geometry of the design. After completing the structural build, the team moved immediately into finishing and lighting integration to meet UFC's production requirements.

A key feature of the build was the internal LED lighting system. William, Coffee House Industries' printer operator and LED specialist, integrated multiple LED channels throughout the interior structure, creating a consistent glow designed to read clearly on camera.
The team installed an acrylic top panel to provide a stable surface while allowing the internal lighting to diffuse evenly across the stage. William then applied the large Paramount+ logo finish, giving the final build a bold branded presence designed specifically for broadcast visibility.

After fabrication and finishing were complete, Coffee House Industries transported the stage from its Los Angeles facility to the UFC Apex in Las Vegas using the company's logistics network.
Once on-site, the crew installed and positioned the stage for filming while coordinating with the production team to ensure camera framing and lighting captured the stage's illumination and branding exactly as intended.
The result was a fully camera-ready platform built specifically for UFC promotional fight content.

With a tight timeline and broadcast-level expectations, the project demonstrates Coffee House Industries' ability to execute high-stakes scenic fabrication for major sports and entertainment productions. From structural fabrication and LED integration to branding and final installation, the Paramount+ UFC stage reflects the craftsmanship, coordination, and speed required for professional promotional environments.
Coffee House Industries is a Los Angeles-based design and fabrication company specializing in set construction, experiential activations, custom displays, and large-scale installations for major brands, agencies, film productions, and live events. The company blends creativity, craftsmanship, and precise engineering to bring ambitious ideas to life - on time and on budget.
