West Covina requires certain Items for a Film Permit, first is the property owners approval to film at the site. You must show all crew, equipment, locations and lighting on the proper city forms.

You must have a certificate of insurance and the city must be named on a minimum $1,000,000.00 of general liability coverage. There are application and permit fees as well.

Police officer may be required.
