Totally secluded 42 acre ancient oak forest is green year-round with a seasonal stream. Early spring to early summer has an east coast feel, lush green vegetation and creeping vines, surrounded by over 5000 oak trees, many hundreds of years old. Late summer to early fall is more desert-like, with sporadic patches of green. The oaks create the perfect scary backdrop to shoot a horror film, especially at night.
A variety of props are available on site including a 1966 Ford Bronco and many antiques. The ranch also has a full working barn, roads, water, cave, abandoned mine shaft. ATVs are available upon request. We maintain onsite generators, heaters, bathrooms, wardrobe area, water well, and a BBQ to feed 300 where specialty foods including paella are prepared over a natural oak grill!
