RSI Locations represents a newly available property located on 302 acres next to Cal Poly Pomona. Formally a center for the developmentally disabled, the facility was home to almost 14,000 residents over it's 87 years of existance. There are Single Family Homes, Apartments, Secure Roads, a Hospital, Industrial Basements, Food Preperation Facilities, Warehouses, a Power Plant, Workshops, Recreational Facilities, an Elementary School, a Nine-a=Acre Rustic Camp, and a Ton of other locations! Filming Permits are obtained from the State Film Office, though Traffic Control and Neighborhood Notification is not required since the facility is closed to the public.
