This modern photography and film studio can accommodate all levels of production and is available for short and long-term engagements. The space features one white cyc stage (35' x 30' x 15') (drive-on, vehicle access), one green screen cyc stage (15' x 15' x 15') and one colored backdrop shooting space. The facility also includes a full kitchen, conference room, hair & makeup / wardrobe area with vanity stations, a green room, multi-media/podcast room, two private bathrooms, outdoor space and 12 designated parking spaces. The studio is outfitted 200-amp power, car-accessible garage door entry, high-speed internet, HVAC and full grip/lighting/digital packages available for rental.
