The 2025 Emerging Cinematographer Awards, presented by the International Cinematographers Guild, IATSE Local 600, will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 5 pm, at the Television Academy's Saban Media Center Wolf Theatre in North Hollywood. The awards will be followed by a reception. Eight Local 600 members will be recognized for their artistic achievement in cinematography for their short films, which will be screened at the event. The honorees are: Isaac Banks, John B. Barrett, Daniel Cotroneo, Eythan Maidhof, Mariscela Beatríz Méndez, Josh Pickering, Steven Jacob Russell, and Alex Wolf. On this evening, the ECA Premier sponsor, Panavision, will present the ICG Distinguished Filmmaker Award to Johanna Coelho, Director of Photography, who is recognized for her outstanding creative contributions to the art and craft of filmmaking.
