Previously honoring some of Hollywood's brightest luminaries, SVFF's Vision Award pays tribute to industry icons whose contributions to the art of cinema have changed the film world for the better. The Awards are presented at a celebratory dinner at the historic Roundhouse for patrons and special guests.

AMY POEHLER

As one of Hollywood's most versatile and sought-after talents, with credits including that of actress, writer, director, producer, and bestselling author, ("Yes Please") Amy Poehler made her documentary directorial debut on March 4 with Amazon's critically acclaimed documentary Lucy & Desi where she also executive produces. Her acting credits include Parks and Recreation, Saturday Night Live, Inside Out, The House, Sisters, Wet Hot American Summer, They Came Together, A.C.O.D., Free Birds, Are You Here, Baby Mama, Blades of Glory, and Mean Girls. Poehler made her directorial debut in Netflix comedy Wine Country, which she also starred in and produced. Her additional projects include Duncanville (co-creator, executive producer and lead voice), Making It (co-host and executive producer), Harlem (executive producer), Russian Doll (executive producer), and the Netflix film Moxie, which she recently starred in and directed.

WOODY HARRELSON

Woody Harrelson's rare mix of intensity and charisma consistently surprises and delights audiences and critics alike in both mainstream and independent projects. He is a three-time Academy Award nominated actor for his performances in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, The People vs. Larry Flynt and The Messenger. His other credits include Venom, The Highwaymen, Midway, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Shock and Awe, LBJ, The Glass Castle, War for the Planet of the Apes, Wilson, the Now You See Me films, Lost in London, True Detective, Game Change, Seven Psychopaths, the Zombieland films, The Hunger Games film series, No Country For Old Men, Natural Born Killers, Indecent Proposal, White Men Can't Jump and Cheers. Harrelson recently completed filming on Champions with Bobby Farrelly directing, and HBO's The White House Plumbers for director David Mandel. Upcoming 2022 releases include The Man From Toronto and Triangle of Sadness.
