Available December 2011, Atlanta Film Studios Paulding County is greater- Atlanta's newest production facility featuring two 20,000 square foot soundstages, 35 feet to the grid, production offices, dressing rooms, mill space and a full line of production services on a secure, 11 acre site. AFS Paulding County is located 20 miles northwest of downtown's city center and well within the thirty-mile-zone. The soundstages are designed to accommodate all forms of production from feature film and television to commercials and gaming.

The Georgia Entertainment Industry Investment Act provides a tax credit for up to 30% of qualified production expenditures on feature films, television, commercials, music videos, animation and gaming projects. Producers are also encouraged to take advantage of Georgia's Sales & Use Tax exemption that can provide an immediate savings of up to 8% on all below-the-line purchases, leases or rentals.
