Blink-182 × PAC-MAN Takes Over Comic-Con with a Custom Arcade Experience

When two icons collide, the experience has to live up to the names.
For San Diego Comic-Con, Blink-182 and PAC-MAN came together for an activation that transformed a piece of the convention floor into a custom arcade experience. Coffee House Industries helped bring the space to life through fabrication, printing, vinyl graphics, and custom neon signage designed around the collaboration.
The goal was to create a space that immediately felt like it belonged in the world of Blink-182 × PAC-MAN.
Our team fabricated the custom walls that defined the booth and produced the printed graphics and signage that carried the collaboration throughout the space.
Existing arcade equipment became part of the environment as well. Claw machines and PAC-MAN games were transformed with custom vinyl wraps, allowing even the functional elements of the booth to feel like they were created specifically for the activation.

One of the standout elements of the build was a series of custom neon signs depicting the Blink-182 members as PAC-MAN-inspired characters.
The signs added another layer to the collaboration while giving the booth bright, recognizable visual elements that could grab attention from across the convention floor.
Combined with the graphics, arcade machines, and fabricated environment, the neon helped turn the booth into more than a branded footprint-it became a destination.

At an event as visually competitive as Comic-Con, getting attendees to notice a booth is only part of the challenge. The real goal is giving them a reason to stop.
And they stopped.
Throughout the event, attendees lined up to get inside and experience the activation for themselves. The combination of recognizable brands, interactive arcade elements, custom fabrication, and bold visuals created a space that naturally pulled people in.
Seeing a line form outside the finished booth is always one of the best indicators that the physical experience is doing its job.
Projects like Blink-182 × PAC-MAN are a great example of what happens when every physical element of an activation works together.
From the custom walls and printed graphics to the wrapped arcade machines, signage, and neon, each piece contributed to a single cohesive environment.
For Coffee House Industries, that's what experiential fabrication is about: taking a creative concept and figuring out how to make it real, functional, and ready for an audience.
The result at Comic-Con was an arcade experience built for two iconic names-and a crowd that couldn't wait to get inside.
