We're proud to announce the opening of our newest 5,000 square foot event and recording facility-built to handle productions of any size. The space comes fully equipped with private bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge area, and staging, plus a private loading door with 15' high x 12' wide access and a forklift available for use. A complete concrete floor provides durability for heavy builds, while on-site amenities keep your crew comfortable and productive.



Technical infrastructure was just as important in the design. The venue features 3 Phase 100 Amp 120 Volt Camlock Snakebite Connectors, a 50Mbps fiber connection with WiFi, and phone lines for your production office. Parking is never an issue either, with 49 dedicated spaces and additional room for big rigs and trailers.



This space is built to adapt-whether you're hosting a live performance, recording session, or pop-up event. Staging and video walls are also available on demand, making it easy to customize the venue to your vision.
