John Wm. Hart, III Insurance Agency will merge with, and assume the name MFE Insurance Brokerage, effective March 1, 2018. The merger is expected to provide clients with expanded insurance markets among a well-rounded breadth of product offerings and services in Commercial and Entertainment Property and Casualty, Personal Lines, and Life & Health.

For the past 10 years, John Wm. Hart III, Insurance Agency focused exclusively on the distinctive needs of the motion picture, television, video, music, and theatrical companies. Today, technological advances in filmmaking, and owners taking on new ventures outside the field of entertainment, the needs of their clients' insurance portfolios are rapidly changing.

John Hart will take on the roll of Vice President of Insurance Sales and continue to provide his clients with the world-class service they are accustomed to.
