Global App to be Unveiled in Los Angeles @latinofashionwk Beyond Exceptional Tour
The world of fashion is constantly evolving, and Latino Fashion Week ® is proud to announce the title sponsor for its LA show, Tu Familia, (www.TuFamilia.com). Tu Familia will unveil new apps for fashion and lifestyle bloggers, a Latinologia Lounge, and Selfies on the runway. Tu Familia's mission is to ensure that Latinos have access to trustworthy information, which will empower them with relevant information for their everyday lives. The company underlines that goal as defined by its tagline: "Tu vida. Tu ®xito" which translates to "Your Life. Your Success."Celebrating its 8th year, with its theme "Beyond Exceptional, " Latino Fashion Week will feature a star studded show Friday, August 1, 2014 at the luxurious Boulevard3, 6523 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA. Designers that will be featured include Emillio O (Nicaragua/LA), Kelvin Giovannie (Puerto Rico), Lazaro Perez (USA), Timoteo (LA), Tinata Mar (Colombia), and Ximena Valero (Mexico/LA).

The LFW Beyond Exceptional Tour will benefit the Unlikely Heroes Organization. Red Carpet starts at 6pm, VIP Cocktail Reception 6:30 and Runway at 8pm.
Emcee for the evening is none other than Francia Raisa, a Gracie Award and La Femme Film Festival Rising Star Award recipient, 2012 Teen Choice, IMAGEN and an ALMA award nominee for her portrayal of 'Adrian Lee' on ABC Television Network Family's critically acclaimed series "The Secret Life of an American Teenager." Benafactor Unlikely Heroes, (www.unlikelyheroes.com), a non-profit organization whose mission is to rescue, restore and rehabilitate child victims of sex slavery through the implementation of restoration homes, rescue and prevention programs. #CareForOurGirls Members of the media are welcomed and media credentials are limited to working media and based on the approval of Latino Fashion Week. Co-Founders of LFW and Fashion Designers will be available on-site for interviews, sound bites, and photo ops upon request.
