Lexus and The Hit House are a Match Made in Marketing Heaven

By: The Hit House | January 27, 2014

Lexus and The Hit House are a Match Made in Marketing Heaven
Top music production company The Hit House has recently created and produced original music for two high-profile Lexus projects. Sally House, Executive Producer at The Hit House, made the announcement.

The Hit House provided original music and sound design for a video promoting the launch of the Lexus 2015 RC F. That video made its debut during the just concluded 2014 Detroit Auto Show. The video is the first entry seen here:

Entitled "From the Asphalt Up," the majestic tune, recorded by a full orchestra, blends an operatic theme against pounding drums in a highly cinematic presentation.

Additionally, The Hit House recently provided the song "Hefe" to Lexus's #LexusInstaFilm promotional project. "Hefe" is a powerfully, pulsating tune in a hypnotic theme featuring the strong use of percussive instruments.

The #LexusInstaFilm video was cited by Luxurydaily.com as one of the Top 10 Luxury Brand social videos of 2013: http://www.luxurydaily.com/top-10-luxury-brand-videos-of-the-year/

Toyota Motor Corp.'s Lexus promoted the 2014 IS vehicle with the collaboratively created, stop-motion Instagram film #LexusInstaFilm, drawing on the perspectives of 212 fans to show the vehicle in a range of angles and tones.

Under the orchestration of a directorial team during Instagram's #WorldwideInstameet, car enthusiasts and Instagram users from a variety of backgrounds blended their personalities in a film that colorfully animated a 2014 Lexus IS F Sport in action. The filming technique permitted a wide range of views, so the vehicle appeared in a natural setting.

By leveraging Instagram in this unifying fashion, Lexus's goal was to grab the attention of a younger demographic and potentially trigger more collaborative, stop-motion films. Jacob Rosenberg and the Bandito Brothers directed the film, which is the third entry seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgmQV7hGQXM&list=PLtQuBez_qBaQkxZLwmFWvvbWMMSLPFR60
