Publicity Coordinator, Los Angeles Film Festival
Duties include coordinating press & publicist credentialing, organizing press materials for films, covering premieres, screenings & other special events during Fest (June 14-24), pitching stories to local & national press, arranging interviews with key staff & filmmakers, coordinating advance press screenings, managing interns & volunteers & assisting in the press office. Hire term is Apr. 9 - Jun. 29. Must have 2+ years experience in film publicity, team player, strong organizational, communication & multitasking skills, experience with film festivals preferred. Publicity Assistant, Los Angeles Film Festival
Duties include assisting at premieres, screenings & events every day during the Fest (June 14-24), following up on press & publicist inquiries & credential requests, liaise with Festival's photography agency to cover all screenings & events, help manage interns & volunteers, help run press office on-site. Hire term is Jun. 6-27. Must have 1 year experience in film publicity, team player, strong organizational, communication & multitasking skills, experience with film festivals preferred.
