PRESENTING AT THE 23RD ANNUAL PRODUCERS GUILD AWARDS

George Clooney, Morgan Freeman, Neil Patrick Harris, Kathy Bates, Annette Bening, Tobey Maguire, Jessica Chastain, Viola Davis, Melissa McCarthy, Jason Segel, Sofia Vergara, Evan Rachel Wood, and Zachary Quinto, among others will be presenters at the 23rd Annual Producers Guild Awards, 2012 Producers Guild Awards co-chairs Paula Wagner and Michael Manheim announced today.

Award-winning singer, songwriter, musician, producer, director and actress Alicia Keys will perform at the ceremony. The Producers Guild is also set to pay tribute to several special individual honorees including Leslie Moonves (Milestone Award), Steven Spielberg (David O. Selznick Achievement Award in Theatrical Motion Pictures), Don Mischer (Norman Lear Achievement Award in Television), Stan Lee (Vanguard Award), and the producers of IN THE LAND OF BLOOD AND HONEY (The Stanley Kramer Award), including Angelina Jolie.

The 23rd Annual Producers Guild Awards will be held on Saturday, January 21st at The Beverly
Hilton Hotel, 9876 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Red Carpet Arrivals begin at 5:00
p.m. PST; The Producers Guild Awards program will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. PST with
dinner. The Awards ceremony will follow at 7:30 p.m. PST.

In 1990 the Producers Guild of America held the first-ever Golden Laurel Awards, which were
renamed the Producers Guild Awards in 2002. Richard Zanuck and Lili Fini Zanuck took home
the award for Best Produced Motion Picture for DRIVING MISS DAISY, establishing the Guild
awards as a bellwether for the Oscars. Last year, the PGA awarded THE KING'S SPPECH its
Darryl F. Zanuck Producer of the Year Award in Theatrical Motion Pictures.

Described as a modern-day Renaissance woman, Alicia Keys is a 14-time Grammy® Awardwinning singer/songwriter/producer, an accomplished actress, a New York Times best-selling author, an entrepreneur and a powerful force in the world of philanthropy and in the global fight against HIV and AIDS. Since the 2001 release of her monumental debut album, Songs in A Minor, Keys has built an unparalleled repertoire of hits and accomplishments with more than 30 million albums sold worldwide, and has starred in such films as THE SECRET LIFE OF BEES and THE NANNY DIARIES. In 2011, Keys made her directorial debut for Lifetime's "Five," an anthology of short films exploring the impact of breast cancer which earned her a DGA nomination. Most recently, Keys made her debut as a producer with Lydia R. Diamond's play "Stick Fly" for the Cort Theater which Keys also composed the original music for. Keys is currently in the studio working on her 5th album set to be released this year.

Academy Award®-winner George Clooney can currently be seen in the award-winning film THE DESCENDANTS and was most recently seen in THE IDES OF MARCH which he also
produced, directed and wrote. Clooney will next produce ARGO set for release later this year and
will star in GRAVITY alongside Sandra Bullock.

Academy Award®-winner Morgan Freeman was most recently seen in DOLPHIN TALE as
well as executive produced and narrated Science Channel's "Through the Wormhole." He can
next be seen in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES this summer.


Emmy Award®-winner Neil Patrick Harris currently stars in the hit CBS series "How I Met
Your Mother" along with producer, actor and writer Jason Segel. Harris was recently seen in THE SMURFS and A VERY HAROLD & KUMAR 3D CHRISTMAS. Segel most recently
executive produced, wrote and starred in THE MUPPETS and can next be seen in THE FIVEYEAR ENGAGEMENT alongside Emily Blunt.

Academy Award®-winner Kathy Bates currently stars in NBC's "Harry's Law" and was most recently seen in Woody Allen's MIDNIGHT IN PARIS along with appeared in episodes of "The
Office".

Academy Award®-nominated Annette Bening was most recently critically acclaimed for her role in THE KIDS ARE ALL RIGHT earning her a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an
Actress in a Motion Picture Comedy or Musical as well as Academy Award, BAFTA, BFCA,
Gotham, Independent Spirit and SAG nominations, among others.

Award-winning producer and actor Tobey Maguire recently starred in the Sundance hit THE DETAILS and will next be seen in THE GREAT GATSBY. Maguire also produced ROCK OF
AGES set for release this summer.

Award-winning producer and actress Jessica Chastain was most recently seen in
CORIOLANUS, TEXAS KILLING FIELDS, THE TREE OF LIFE and THE HELP alongside
Academy Award®-nominated actress and producer Viola Davis. Davis was also recently seen in EXTREMELY LOUD AND INCREDIBLY CLOSE.

Emmy Award®-winner Melissa McCarthy currently stars in the CBS series "Mike & Molly"
and was most recently seen in the hit comedy BRIDESMAIDS.

Award-winning producer and actress Sofia Vergara currently stars in the ABC comedy "Modern Family" and was recently seen in NEW YEAR'S EVE. Vergara will next be seen in THE
THREE STOOGES.

Award-winning actress Evan Rachel Wood was recently seen in THE IDES OF MARCH along with the HBO mini-series "Mildred Pierce." She continues to also star in the drama series "True Blood."

Award-winning producer, actor and writer Zachary Quinto most recently produced and starred in MARGIN CALL and was also seen in the FX horror drama "American Horror Story."
