NATPE 2012 ANNOUNCES NEW KEYNOTE FEATURING...

A conversation with Jonathan Miller, Chief Digital Officer of News Corporation, and Ross Levinsohn, Executive Vice President of Americas at Yahoo!, will be the opening morning keynote event at NATPE''Content First, the premier U.S.-based marketplace for buyers and sellers, announced NATPE President & CEO Rick Feldman. The new addition to NATPE's schedule kicks off three days of great speakers, networking opportunities and other events in Miami Beach from January 23 to 25 at the Fontainebleau Hotel Resort.

"We are excited to announce these new additions to this year's market and conference, which add even more perspective and interest for the top people in the content business that come to NATPE each year," said Feldman. "There's still time to come and take advantage of all that this fantastic event has to offer."

Miller serves as Chief Digital Officer, and Chairman and CEO of News Corp's Digital Media Group, leading the company's overall digital strategy and overseeing all of its standalone digital businesses.

Levinsohn is Executive Vice President of the Americas region for Yahoo!, responsible for the company's business including advertising sales, partnerships and media in North, Central and South America.

This keynote conversation is sponsored by Nomura and moderated by Michael Nathanson, Managing Director, Equity Research, U.S. Media, Internet and Advertising Agencies
Nomura Securities International, Inc. It replaces an appearance by Phil Kent, CEO of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. who had to bow out due to a personal matter.

Just added to the program on Tuesday, January 24 at 5:15 pm is a conversation with Jon Feltheimer, Co-Chairman and CEO of Lionsgate and Emilio Azcarraga, President and CEO of Televisa Internacional, which will delve into international and platform strategies. Three "Coffee With" sessions will take marketplace attendees inside the world of TV drama on Monday, January 23 at 8 a.m. with a conversation with the creator and cast of the upcoming new Starz drama "Magic City," and will continue on Tuesday, January 24 at 9 a.m. with a look at the new NBC reality competition series "Fashion Star." On Wednesday, January 25 at 9 a.m. a conversation with Univision Networks will examine TV's hottest genre: novelas.

Buyers and exhibitors also will have abundant opportunities for networking at NATPE 2012, with three fantastic parties that will take place poolside at three different hotels in Miami Beach. The market's kickoff party, sponsored by the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, will take place at the Raleigh Hotel, and free shuttles will be offered to and from the Fontainebleau. On Monday night, NATPE's opening night cocktail party, sponsored by Yahoo!, Reality Weekly magazine, Venevision International and Fox International Channels, will be held at the Fontainebleau Resort. NATPE's closing night cocktail party, sponsored by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, will take place at the Eden Roc.

As previously announced, the Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Award presentation will be held Tuesday, January 24 at 6 p.m. tickets for this event can still be purchased for $145 each with proceeds benefiting the NATPE Educational Foundation.
