The company had said it would support multiple organizations as part of its separation agreement with its former CEO, who had been accused of sexual misconduct.

CBS Corp. on Friday detailed which women's advocacy groups would get portions of the $20 million that it had previously said it would be donating as part of its separation agreement with former CEO Leslie Moonves. Those groups include the Time's Up Legal Defense Fund, RAINN, the National Women's Law Center and others.

Joe Ianniello has been running CBS as interim CEO. When the company unveiled in early September that Moonves was exiting amid allegations of sexual misconduct, it also said it had hired advisory firm RALLY, described as an "issue-driven communications firm that takes sticky political issues and moves them forward," to help it figure out which non-profit advocacy groups should get money.

It said the focus would be on "organizations dedicated to fostering safe and equitable work environments and eliminating sexual harassment in the workplace."

RALLY principal Lara Bergthold said at the time: "This is a critical time in our country and in all industries, and we are glad to see that preventing sexual assault and increasing equity in the workplace are becoming national priorities."

Moonves would have been due $180 million or more in severance if CBS were to let him go without cause, but he agreed to depart without any immediate compensation. The separation agreement sees the company holding $120 million for Moonves that he will or will not get depending on the results of an investigation. The $20 million that RALLY helped CBS spend presumably also would have gone to Moonves.
