STEADICAM OPERATORS PART OF CAMERA CREW
A steadicam operator wears a harness that is a stabilizing mount (steadicam) for a motion picture camera. It isolates the operator's movements from the camera to ensure a smooth shot even when the operator is moving quickly over an uneven surface. The camera operator is a crew member who has been trained in this equipment's operation.
