A military uniform is a standardized outfit worn by member of a nation's armed forces. Military surplus are items that are disposed of when they are no longer needed by the military, like tents, canteens, boots, hats, tents, sleeping bags, fatigues, Swiss Army knives, survival equipment, etc. Any entertainment production that has a script dealing with war and/or wartime may require uniforms from various historical eras and international countries.
