Golf cars are small vehicles originally designed to carry two golfers and their clubs around a golf course. Today, they are used extensively on movie studio lots to move personnel around the various stages more quickly than walking. Specialty vehicles include a 4 or 6 seater cart, and a 6 wheel Gator with a cargo utility bed. Trams with rows of benches covered with canopies also are industrial vehicles for transporting cast and crew on the Lot.
