Taxidermy involves mounting or reproducing dead animals for display. Catering to hunters and fisherman, these props may reflect an actor's hobby in the script, or recall an event by being displayed next to the weapon responsible for the trophy. Certain animal parts, like antlers, can even be fabricated into furniture.
