Crews are hired by production companies for the purpose of producing a filmed entertainment product. Crews only appear behind the scenes in these various areas of expertise: art, sets, props, construction, scenic backgrounds, special effects, hair & makeup, costumes, camera operators, production sound, grips, electricians, location scouts, editorial/script, visual effects, etc.
