ICE SCULPTING ADDS TOUCH OF ELEGANCE

Ice sculpting uses ice as the raw material in sculpting large structures for display or competitions to relatively small decorative pieces on buffet tables at catered events. At holiday buffets and Sunday brunches, some large hotels and restaurants will use ice sculptures to enhance their special food displays. They are also popular at wedding receptions staged by event production companies.
