CATERING AN IMPORTANT SERVICE IN FILM INDUSTRY
Catering is the business of providing foodservice at a remote location. This could be anywhere from a hotel ballroom to a film location shoot to an Academy Awards' event. Caterers may work with event production companies as one of those providing a service to make the entire party complete. Mobile catering is also available on a smaller scale, as food will be served directly from a vehicle or cart designed for this purpose. Caterers also interface with craft service when working on location or set.
