ARMOR FOR PERIOD COSTUMES

Armor is protective covering used to prevent damage from being inflicted upon a person or object by the use of weapons. Blacksmith shops create handcrafted, historically accurate custom designed arms, armor and props for film and TV period productions. These pieces include swords, helmets, gauntlets, shields, etc. Technical advisors may also be on set to help with choreography if stunt fighting is involved.
